1. Orders in Production
Once lens work, customization, procurement, or assembly has started, the order moves into production and can no longer be cancelled, modified, or changed — even if it has not yet been shipped.
Cancellations are only possible before processing begins and before the item is shipped. If work has started on your lenses, custom configuration, special-order item, or imported product, the order is locked.
2. Final Sale Items (Non-Cancellable & Non-Returnable)
The following categories are treated as Final Sale and cannot be cancelled, returned, exchanged, or modified once processing begins:
- Powered Glasses & Powered Lenses
- Reading Glasses
- Progressive / Multifocal Glasses
- Safety Glasses with Power
- Sports Glasses with Power
- Swimming Goggles with Power
- Ptosis Crutch Glasses
- Moisture Chamber Glasses
- Kids Safety Frames
- Custom-Made Eyewear
- Special-Order or Imported Products
- Any product manufactured, assembled, or customized according to customer requirements
- Any product marked as "Final Sale" on our website
3. Ready-Stock & Non-Powered Items
For ready-stock eyewear and non-powered accessories:
– Orders may be cancelled before dispatch, provided the item has not entered processing, packaging, or shipment.
– Once dispatched, our standard return & refund terms apply as per our Refund Policy.
4. International Orders
For orders shipped outside India:
- Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been shipped.
- Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information, complying with local import regulations, and paying any applicable customs duties, taxes, clearance fees, or import charges imposed by the destination country.
- If an international shipment is refused, unclaimed, abandoned, undeliverable, not collected, or returned due to non-payment of customs duties, taxes, clearance fees, incorrect address details, or failure to respond to the courier, GlassesIndia.com shall not be responsible for any resulting delays, losses, return shipping charges, customs charges, storage fees, destruction fees, or other related costs.
- Any refund approved in such cases shall be limited to the product value actually recovered by GlassesIndia.com after deduction of all shipping charges, return freight charges, customs duties, handling charges, storage charges, payment gateway fees, and any other costs incurred.
- In cases where the returned shipment is lost, abandoned, destroyed, confiscated, or otherwise not received back by GlassesIndia.com, no refund shall be payable.
