We offer a 7-Day Return Policy for eligible items. While every product at GlassesIndia.com is packed and inspected with care, we understand that sometimes you may need to return or exchange an item. This page explains the process in simple, clear terms.

1. How do I raise a return request?

2. What are the conditions for a return?

To qualify for a refund, the returned product must be:

  • In saleable condition
  • With all original tags, packaging, and protective covers intact
  • Unused, unwashed, and undamaged

Returns that do not meet these conditions may be rejected. The product should come back to us as it was delivered to you.

3. What products are not eligible for return?

The following categories are treated as Final Sale and are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange:

4. Will someone pick up the return from my place?

Unfortunately, our logistics partners currently do not provide pickup from customer addresses. Customers are required to ship the product back to us using their preferred courier service.

Our team will share the exact return address and guide you on basic packaging to ensure safe transit.

5. When I ship the product back, will you cover the shipping cost?

Return shipping charges are borne by the customer. As reverse pickup is not available, you may choose any reliable, trackable courier service.

Please note that shipping charges and COD fees, if any, are non-refundable, as these amounts are paid directly to the shipping partner and not to GlassesIndia.com.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that returned items are securely packed and shipped using a reliable, trackable courier service. GlassesIndia.com shall not be responsible for returned shipments that are lost, damaged, delayed, misdelivered, or not received during transit.

6. What happens after I send the product back?

Once your parcel reaches us, it is inspected by our Value Plus Marketing quality team. This inspection typically takes up to 2 working days.

After successful inspection, your refund is usually processed within 5–7 business days.

6A. For International Customers – How are return shipping charges handled?

For international orders, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Our global logistics partners currently do not support reverse pickup outside India, so customers are requested to arrange return shipping using a trackable international courier service.

When shipping back, please mark the parcel clearly as “Returned Goods – No Commercial Value” to avoid customs duty on re-entry. Kindly share the tracking details with our support team once the shipment has been dispatched.

Please note that shipping charges, return courier fees, customs duties, import/export taxes, clearance charges, payment gateway charges, or handling charges are non-refundable as these are paid directly to the respective shipping, customs, payment, or logistics authorities, not to GlassesIndia.com.

Orders refused by the recipient, left unclaimed, abandoned, returned due to non-payment of customs duties, taxes, clearance fees, incorrect address details, or failure to respond to the courier are not eligible for a refund of shipping charges, customs charges, return freight charges, handling fees, payment gateway charges, or any other costs incurred.

If such a shipment is successfully returned to GlassesIndia.com, any refund approved shall be limited solely to the eligible product value recovered, after deduction of all outbound shipping charges, return shipping charges, customs duties, taxes, handling fees, storage charges, payment gateway charges, and other related costs.

If the shipment is abandoned, destroyed, confiscated, lost, or otherwise not returned to GlassesIndia.com, no refund shall be payable.

Refunds for eligible product value will be processed only once the item is received and inspected in accordance with our standard refund timelines.

7. How will I receive my refund?

Refunds are issued to your original payment method or as Glasses India Credits / store credit, where applicable.

8. Can I return part of my order?

Yes. If your order contains multiple items, you may return an individual eligible item. Any complimentary gifts, accessories, or bundled products received with that item must also be returned.

For products purchased under special offers, combos, or promotions, specific return terms may apply. Our team will confirm eligibility before you ship the item.

9. Are shipping charges refundable?

No. Shipping charges, courier charges, COD fees, customs duties, taxes, clearance charges, return shipping charges, payment gateway charges, and handling charges are non-refundable.

Refunds, where applicable, are processed only for the eligible product value and do not include any shipping, logistics, customs, payment processing, or related service charges.

10. What if my product arrived damaged or incorrect?

If you receive a damaged, defective, missing, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the product and packaging via email or WhatsApp.

After verification, we will arrange a replacement or refund as applicable.

11. When should I expect my refund?

Refunds are typically initiated within 2 working days after inspection. It may take an additional 5–7 business days for the amount to reflect, depending on your bank or payment provider.

12. I was supposed to receive my refund but haven’t. What should I do?

If we’ve confirmed your refund but you don’t see it yet:
