Our order processing operations will be on holiday from 6–11 November 2026 and will resume on 12 November 2026.

Power lens orders placed from 3 November onward will begin processing from 12 November. Please note that this is the processing restart date, not a guaranteed dispatch or delivery date.

Courier and logistics holidays may also extend dispatch and delivery timelines, including for orders already shipped.

Regular power lenses generally take 3–5 working days to process; specialised and custom lenses may require longer. Processing timelines for affected new orders will run from the restart of operations.
